Deliver structured sales training to new joiners, ensuring quick onboarding and process understanding.
Conduct daily training sessions and doubt-clearing classes for current sales employees.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs, gaps, and improvement areas within the sales team.
Develop and update training materials, salesscripts, and sales development tools.
Maintain and track daily sales demo records and provide timely updates.
Consistently explore new strategies and sources to boost team performance and conversions.
Demonstrate strong leadership in mentoring the sales team, especially in handling objections and closing deals.
