Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and clients.- Explain project details and generate interest in real estate offerings.- Follow up on leads and convert them into site visits or potential closures.- Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback.- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and updates.- Handle client queries professionally and effectively. Candidate Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling.- Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.- Fluent in Marathi (Mandatory); knowledge of Hindi and English is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.- Should be immediately available to join
