Urgent Hiring: Team Leader – Financial Services 
Location: Noida, Sector-3
Salary: Hike on current salary plus incentive

Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 year in Financial Services (preferred in Personal Loan/ Overdraft)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Lead and manage the tele sales team to achieve sales targets for financial products personal loan and overdraft flexi.
2. Train, motivate, and mentor the tele sales team to improve performance and achieve their individual sales goals.
3. Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies to maximize sales and customer acquisition.
4. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
6. Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Strong team management & communication skills.
2. Hands-on experience with CRM Software.
3. 2-3 years in financial services.
4. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceeds sales goals.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
