JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads across corporate, Hotel & Resorts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
Build strong relationships with Corporates, Hotel and Resorts.
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to allign business development efforts with overall brand objectives.
Monitor Performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
Represent the hotel/resort at trade shows, networking, and industry conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, PR activity and digital marketing initiatives.
Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's offerings, pricing, and competitor landscape.
QUALIFICATION :-
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the hospitality industry (hotel/resort experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skill, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network of industry contacts across Hotel & Resort sectors.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS office Suite, and sales presentation tools.
PREFERRED SKILLS:-
Knowledge of regional and international hospitality markets.
Experience with luxury or boutique hotels/resorts.
