Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and local brokers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, and channel partners

• Pitch real estate projects to potential clients and provide detailed information about pricing, features, and location advantages

• Conduct market research to understand local trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits and meetings with prospects

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to improve brand visibility and drive conversions

• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and closures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Real Estate experience preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Good understanding of the real estate market, especially in [your city or region]

• Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and site visits

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a real estate sales or channel partner management role

• Network of potential clients, investors, or brokers is a plus
