Key Responsibilities:

✅ Counselling & Career Guidance

● Guide walk-in and telephonic inquiries about entrance exams and career paths.

● Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for students and parents.

● Explain available courses, eligibility, and career outcomes.

✅ Student Management

● Coordinate with enrolled students for class schedules, study material, doubt sessions, etc. ● Assist students with scholarship tests, seminars, and in-center activities.

● Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing students.

✅ Front Office & Admin Support

● Handle front desk responsibilities and maintain student records.

● Maintain and update enquiry logs, student database, and feedback reports.

✅ Event & Activity Coordination

● Help organize seminars, mock tests, and in-center promotional activities.

● Guide students and parents during workshops, result days, and counselling drives.

Requirements:

● 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in education counselling / center operations

● Strong communication & interpersonal skills

● Basic knowledge of competitive exams like CAT, CLAT, CUET, etc.

● Proficient in MS Office & Google Sheets
