Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential US-based clients in the engineering and construction sectors.

• Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry platforms.

• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.

• Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce NexArch services.

• Schedule meetings and demos for senior business development/sales leaders.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.

• Learn and understand the company's service offerings and value proposition.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing) for proposal development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to work in US time zones or in a split shift (if required).

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing business role.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Understanding of the US market or B2B sales.

• Interest or background in engineering, architecture, or construction services.
