Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, young and proactive Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the firm's project pipeline in architecture, interior design. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and well-connected within the real estate, developer, or corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients including real estate developers, homeowners, corporates, and institutional clients.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals (builders, contractors, consultants).
Pitch architectural and interior services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Maintain a client database, follow up on inquiries, and ensure conversion of leads into projects.
Coordinate with the design team for proposals, concept presentations, and pricing inputs.
Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in architecture, construction, or real estate).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Strong networking ability and a confident approach to client engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of architecture/interior services and industry trends is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Attributes:
Existing contacts in real estate or construction sector.
Understanding of architectural drawings and proposals.
Experience in handling B2B and high-value service pitches.
