Business Development Executive

We are looking for a passionate Vendor Onboarding Executive to expand our reach by onboarding vendors onto the MML platform.

Position: Vendor Onboarding Executive
Location: Durg, Bhilai, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Ambikapur, Korba, Raigarh, Baloda Bajar, Jagdalpur, DhamtariChhattisgarh (with potential for travel)
Experience: 1-3 years in vendor or business onboarding (preferred: Justdial, Zomato, Swiggy)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Acquisition:

  • Identify and target prospective salons, beauty parlors, and home service providers.

  • Approach businesses and explain the benefits of joining the MML platform.

  • Negotiate terms and close onboarding agreements.

• Onboarding Management:

  • Guide vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand platform usage and benefits.

  • Assist vendors in listing their services, pricing, and availability on the platform.

• Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded vendors.

  • Act as a liaison between vendors and MML support teams.

• Market Analysis:

  • Analyze the local market to identify potential vendors and competition trends.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving onboarding strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business/vendor onboarding for platforms like Justdial, Zomato, Swiggy, or similar.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
