We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Government Tender Sales Executive to lead and manage our participation in government procurement opportunities. This role involves identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting competitive bids, building strong relationships with government procurement officials, and driving revenue through successful contract acquisition.
Monitor government portals and procurement platforms for relevant tender opportunities.
Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc.) to assess requirements and feasibility.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender responses, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, etc.) to gather necessary documentation and inputs.
Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted, outcomes, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with government procurement officers and key stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for bidding.
Support post-award processes, including contract execution and client onboarding.
Ensure strict adherence to timelines and quality standards in all bid submissions.
