Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing/job platforms.
Research and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media.
Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and basic documentation.
Work closely with the technical team to understand services and offerings.
Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and maintain client relationships.
Maintain CRM records and report daily progress.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication in English.
Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, or any freelance marketplace is a plus.
Ability to conduct client research and work independently.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, or related fields).
Internship or project experience in business development or IT marketing is a bonus.
