We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by generating new sales, expanding relationships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities in emerging markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and client retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the organization’s growth.
1–2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a similar field.
Sound understanding of sales concepts and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Industry-specific knowledge or experience.
Sales or business development certification is a plus.
