Qualification:
BE/MBA with Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the engineering or technology sector. Having a Mechanical Engineering background will be added advantage.

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Fluent in English, Prior Experience with International clients will be a plus

Role and Responsibilities
Research and mine prospective clients, maintaining a database of potential leads and opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls to international clients to introduce our services, identify potential business opportunities, and schedule meetings. Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Utilize a systematic approach to prospect and develop profitable new customers, considering customer potential and stratification.
Produce and present Prime Vendor proposals to prospective customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Build and maintain ongoing working relationships with existing and new clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Deliver professional presentations to qualified customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
Develop and implement strategic business development sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Consult with customers to understand their business needs, propose relevant solutions, and create ROI proposals for customer review.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to proactively identify and qualify new
business opportunities.
Report progress and insights to the core management team, contributing to the learning, implementation, and refinement of the business development process.
Negotiate with clients to finalize agreements and convert proposals into orders.
Track progress, measure performance, and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
