🎯 Role Overview
As a BDA at i2i Industry’s Patna office, you’ll drive the growth of their EdTech offerings—Data Science, Analytics, Java Full Stack, Web & App Development, etc.—by identifying leads, converting prospects, and nurturing relationships with students, colleges, and corporate partners. Your role will align with both B2C and B2B sales outreach and require coordination between marketing and academic teams.
Generate leads through online (social media, portals) and offline (campus visits, events) channels.
Contact and pitch prospective students and partner organizations via calls, emails, meetings.
Support conversions from inquiries into enrollments.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, student communities, and corporates.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to refine promotional strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and evolving market trends.
Maintain sales activity logs and provide regular reporting to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (technical background preferred).
0–2 years in EdTech sales, business development, or internships/project experience in relevant areas.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Interest in tech education and knowledge of domains like Data Science, Java, Web/App Development.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Previous exposure to lead generation or promotional events is a plus LinkedIn.
