Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable villa options.

Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.

Coordinate with villa owners/caretakers for confirmations and special requests.

Maintain proper follow-ups, database, and reporting on CRM tools.

Meet and exceed monthly performance targets.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or real estate.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email, CRM).
