Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in B2B sales, marketing, or business development. As a B2B Lead Generation Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new business opportunities with potential corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, industry directories, etc.)

  • Build and maintain a database of qualified B2B leads

  • Reach out to potential corporate clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to introduce Humancloud’s services.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies for B2B clients

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team with prospective corporate partners

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to corporate outreach.

  • Strong research and organizational abilities.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a keen interest in B2B sales and business development.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.

  • Basic understanding of IT services, staffing solutions, and B2B sales processes is a plus.
