Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel company growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through meetings, calls, and emails.

• Understand client needs and collaborate with the internal design and marketing teams to offer tailored solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines using CRM tools.

• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Business Development or Client Servicing, preferably in a Branding or Marketing agency.

• Strong understanding of branding, design services, and marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
