Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.

• Client Engagement: Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.

• Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property site visits, showcase features, and explain pricing and payment plans.

• Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate deals, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure smooth transactions.

• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.

• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.

• Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
