Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

• Market Visits: Regularly visit potential and existing clients to present our products/services and understand their needs.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into customers.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
