We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our client base in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.) and a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, startups, and enterprises) needing digital marketing services.

• Use LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads.

Client Acquisition & Sales Pitch:

• Present digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Web Development, etc.) to prospects.

• Conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to close deals.

Revenue Growth:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

Market Research:

• Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.

Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration:

• Work with the marketing and delivery teams to align strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• 1+ years in B2B sales/business development (digital marketing industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

• Familiarity with proposal creation and contract negotiation.
