The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to drive the company’s growth.
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate products or services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet targets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company and build a professional network.
Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to the management team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
