We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) firm. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with key consultants and architectural firms to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and research potential consultant (e.g., Plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting) and architectural firms through various channels, including industry databases, online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target firms via phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms to introduce our Plumbing and Fire Fighting services and capabilities.
• Meeting Scheduling: Successfully set up introductory meetings and presentations with consultants and architects to explore collaboration opportunities and understand their project requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, positioning our company as a preferred MEP partner.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify potential opportunities and inform business development strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and project teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads to project execution.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, meetings, and lead progression in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards targets.
• Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations about our MEP services, showcasing our expertise, experience, and value proposition.
• Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and represent the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum [3] years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within the MEP, construction, or architectural industry.
• Proven ability to cold call, generate leads, and successfully set up meetings with senior professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical MEP concepts at a high level.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
