Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our residential sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating site visits, and closing deals on behalf of multiple top-tier builder projects. This is a field-oriented role that demands excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential projects of reputed builders through various offline and digital platforms.
Generate leads through field work, references, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Coordinate and conduct site visits for clients and ensure seamless follow-ups.
Maintain strong product knowledge of builder projects in the assigned zones (North, East, etc.).
Handle end-to-end client communication—from inquiry to booking.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Report daily activities and client updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or Marketing-related field).
Experience: 0–2 years in sales; freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Must be comfortable with field visits and flexible work schedules, including weekends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in real estate and property consulting.
Own vehicle preferred for field movement.
