Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated, dynamic, and fresh MBA graduates in Marketing to join our team as Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to apply their marketing knowledge in a real-world setting and grow with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials and promotional content.
• Assist in organizing and executing sales events and campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• To develop the new customer in the region and Identify partnership opportunities.
• Research and prepare potential client lists. Conduct cold calls with a view of acquiring new clients.
• Visit customer for face -to-face meetings to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions.
• Maintain records of sales, contacts, and business development activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meets.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups with client’s post-sale.

Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing (Freshers preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, SEO, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads
