We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT staffing, particularly in handling contractual positions. This role involves actively engaging with US-based Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier 1 Vendors, generating new business, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for client interaction, and the ability to understand and deliver solutions tailored to client requirements.
Proactively interact with US Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier 1 Vendors to understand job requirements and deliver staffing solutions accordingly.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
Analyze client requirements and match them with suitable candidates based on technical skills, rate expectations, and geographic preferences.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely submission and quality delivery of candidates for contractual positions.
Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity to identify new areas of growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate submissions, and business development activities in CRM systems.
Proven experience in IT staffing or recruitment, especially focused on contractual roles in the US market.
Strong expertise in client relationship management and account development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and identify matching talent.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
