Position Title: Customer Care Executive – Outbound Sales
Process: Motovolt
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in outbound sales/telesales

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Motovolt products/services

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or telesales

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle rejections and continue with a positive attitude

• Target-oriented approach and a passion for sales

• Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge (preferred)

• Fluency in English.
