Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified prospects.
Client Communication:
Understand client requirements and explain our services, USPs, and processes.
Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person).
Follow up regularly to maintain engagement and drive closure.
Proposal & Coordination:
Share mood boards, presentations, rough estimates, and project pitches.
Coordinate with the design team to schedule meetings and share initial concepts.
Support in negotiation and follow up for payments.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain daily lead status and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
Share weekly progress reports with the Sales Manager.
