Role Overview:

As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with

colleges, communities, career influencers, and corporations. Your role is to open doors, spark

interest, and generate opportunities for Techpaathshala to showcase its unique training model.

Key Responsibilities:

• College Outreach: Identify and connect with colleges for seminars, workshops, and placement partnerships.

• Corporate Engagement: Reach out to HR teams or L&D heads for hiring partnerships or upskilling collaborations.

• Influencer/Community Relations: Connect with student communities, tech influencers, and coding clubs to promote Techpaathshala offerings.

• Lead Conversion Support: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to funnel warm leads from outreach into conversion pipelines.

• Follow-ups & Reporting: Maintain regular follow-ups, track communication, and report outreach progress weekly.

  
  Who You Are:

• A natural communicator — confident over phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Proactive, with a go-getter mindset and strong relationship-building skills

• Comfortable handling outreach targets and tracking outcomes

• Fluent in English & Hindi/Marathi (regional fluency is a plus)

• Experienced in B2B or institutional outreach (1+ year preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM tools or outreach tracking

• Understanding of the EdTech or training ecosystem

• Presentation and pitch delivery skills

• Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain persistence
