Business Developer

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our fitness center team. As the first point of contact for all visitors and members, this role is critical in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Follow-up & Membership Management:

• Proactively follow up with potential leads and clients regarding membership renewals and upgrades.

• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and client interactions using CRM tools or tracking sheets.

• Ensure timely reminders and calls for membership expiration, payment dues, and promotional upgrades.

Front Desk Operations:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.

• Manage reception area and ensure it's tidy and welcoming.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, client registration, billing, and inventory checks.

• Monitor gym access and ensure compliance with facility rules and safety guidelines.

  Client Engagement & Conversion:

  • Greet all walk-in clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Explain gym services, membership plans, facilities, and promotions.

  • Conduct guided tours of the facility to prospective clients.

  • Convert walk-in inquiries into active memberships by effectively communicating value and benefits.

  • Handle client objections and close sales professionally.
