Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals.

• Manage brand positioning, identity, and voice across all channels.

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, etc.).

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product, and content) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new branding opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).

• Build strong customer perception through consistent messaging and storytelling.

• Work closely with influencers, PR agencies, and media partners.

• Oversee content strategy to ensure alignment with brand goals.

• Ensure brand compliance across all marketing materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a startup or consumer-facing business.

• Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital platforms.

• Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working with service-based platforms or apps.

• Hands-on with data analysis and performance tracking tools.

• Ability to manage budgets and ROI-focused campaigns.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards. (You can specify a range if needed, e.g., ₹6–8 LPA)
