Drive and achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursement and recovery targets.
Identify new geographies and potential client groups for business expansion.
Ensure timely collection and monitor PAR (Portfolio at Risk).
Implement effective field monitoring and MIS systems.
Supervise and mentor the branch staff (Loan Officers/Field Executives).
Plan daily field operations, allocation of groups, and coverage.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure customer satisfaction and grievance redressal.
Conduct regular visits and audits in the field to maintain service quality.
Promote financial literacy and cross-sell financial products where applicable.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards, and RBI/NABARD guidelines.
Manage branch cash flow, security, and asset safety.
Prepare and submit reports as required by higher management.
Manage documentation, KYC verification, and loan file processing.
Handle branch-level approvals and maintain operational discipline.
