Team Leader – Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and guide the D2R sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Ensure team discipline, attendance, and overall performance tracking.

• Provide coaching and support to team members as needed.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Direct-to-Retail activities.

• Ensure proper territory allocation and route planning.

• Drive the execution of retail visits, product displays, and in-store visibility.

• Track and review individual and team performance.

• Monitor daily sales reports, beat plans, and order booking accuracy.

• Conduct regular team meetings to address performance gaps.

• Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Conduct onboarding and periodic training for new and existing team members.

• Share updates on product knowledge, schemes, and market trends.

• Maintain accurate records of team activities, daily reports, and attendance.

• Submit timely updates to the Sales Manager.
