About the Role:
Join Aditya Birla Life Insurance as a Banca Assurance Manager and drive business growth through our partnership with HDFC Bank. You'll build strong relationships with bank branches, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Grow life insurance business through HDFC Bank branches and achieve sales targets.
2. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with bank branch managers and employees.
3. Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within HDFC Bank's customer base.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost market share.
5. Customer & Partner Service: Deliver exceptional service and support to HDFC Bank staff and customers.
6. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for HDFC Bank staff on Aditya Birla Life Insurance products and sales techniques.
7. Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely policy issuance and accurate documentation.
8. Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
