Job Description – Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)

Location: Delhi NCR (Vaishali, Model Town, Rajendra Place, CP, Kailash Colony, Karkardooma)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹33,000/month + Incentives
Experience: 1 to 3 years (Field Sales mandatory)
Type: Full-time | Contract | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and build a team of life insurance agents

• Train, support and develop agents to generate business

• Drive agency channel sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets

• Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals

• Conduct regular field visits, planning and performance reviews

• Follow company’s process for agent onboarding and activation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)

• Must have earned ₹25,000+ incentives in last financial year

• Must have own two-wheeler and be local to the city

• Age up to 35 years

• Average job stability of 2+ years preferred
