The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and managing the sales operations in a designated area.

Roles:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area targets.

• Supervise and support a team of sales representatives or territory managers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for improved performance.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.

• 2+ years of sales experience.

• Must have own bike and valid driver's license.
