➢ Formulating and ensuring monthly pre sales plan for the coming month on last date of previous month as per specific product line and areas
➢ Payment collection and sharing list of outstanding payment dealer and distributor wise of self and reporting officer and action plant for recovery of payment along with last month balance confirmation till 7th day of every month from primary account.
➢ Daily visits of 10 counter out of which 6 existing counter and 4 new counters on daily basis
➢ Sales Promotion, Branding and Advertising
➢ Calling on regular basis to customer and dealer with minimum 30 calls daily & 20 call must be productive & effective.
➢ Identification and exploring new market opportunity and potential identification, dealer wise/distributor wise
➢ Training AND empowerment of Sales Officer/Sales Executive
➢ Sales review meeting and giving presentation to the immediate superior about performance and business strategy
➢ Acting pro-actively in penetrating in to new market and business generation and territory growth.
