Area Sales Head

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Head to lead and expand our import-export business across global markets. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies.

• Identify new clients (distilleries) for supply of rice and maize.

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and growth targets.

• Should be willing to travel extensively for business development.

• Ability to bring in leads (ethanol/alcohol manufacturing distilleries) for the growth of business

THE CANDIDATE WILL MAINLY HANDLE THE NORTH OF INDIA.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of sales and business development experience preferably in agro commodities and FMCG sectors.

• Strong market knowledge and proven success in closing business deals.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
