Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

• Counsel students regarding course offerings, career paths, and admission procedures.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and enrollments.

• Conduct campus tours and participate in education fairs or webinars when required.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Psychology preferred).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or a related role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Fluency in English and [local language].

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
