Role Overview
We’re seeking a Seasoned Sales Professional with proven EdTech experience to drive revenue growth, nurture key enterprise and B2C accounts, and lead a high‑performance sales funnel from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and engage new enterprise and individual prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and events.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and demos, tailor solutions to client needs, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners (colleges, corporates) and high‑value individual clients.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), generate sales forecasts, and present performance reports to leadership.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to refine offerings, share market feedback, and optimize conversion strategies.
Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior sales associates, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 06 Months–5 years in B2C EdTech sales, with a track record of closing deals worth ₹1L+
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at presenting complex solutions to diverse stakeholders
Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with comfort handling contracts and SLAs
Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with LMS platforms, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), and virtual demo/webinar software
Analytical: Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse pipeline metrics and adjust tactics accordingly
Self‑Starter: Proactive, target‑driven, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment
Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to support peer development
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹4.0– ₹6.5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
