Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their academic journey by helping them choose the right courses, resolving academic queries, and ensuring a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and guide them through admissions and course selection.

• Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate academic programs.

• Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

• Work closely with faculty and administration to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Track student progress and provide ongoing support.

• Manage documentation and maintain records for admissions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Prior experience in academic counselling or education sales is an advantage.

• Freshers with a passion for education and counselling are welcome.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
