Job description and responsibilities:

•     Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide helpful advice on cake selection, and answer questions about ingredients, freshness, and shelf life.

•     Sales: Upsell and recommend products, handle POS transactions (cash, credit/debit, digital payments), and achieve sales targets.

•     Outlet Maintenance: Ensure products are attractively displayed, shelves are stocked, and the outlet is clean and hygienic.

•     Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and receiving/checking deliveries.

•     Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product details, quality standards, and expiry dates.

•     Reporting: Maintain daily sales records and report to the manager.

•     In-Store Promotions: Assist with organizing in-store promotions, tastings, and other events.

•     Customer Feedback: Share customer feedback and market trends with the manager. 

 10 hrs shift

Salary: 10k-15k+ Incentives
