About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our kids and baby products showroom in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall store performance, team management, customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations efficiently

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising standards

• Drive sales and achieve monthly performance targets

• Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels

• Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and visual appeal

• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and reporting

• Coordinate with the backend team for stock and replenishment needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail store management (preferably in kids’ or lifestyle category)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and customer service abilities

• Target-oriented and result-driven attitude

• Basic computer proficiency (POS, billing systems, stock management tools)
