Hiring for - Store Manager(Male)

• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base.

• Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.

• Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.

• Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.

• Candidates must be having experience of 1 Year of Store Department (for example in Any shops/any stores) must be compulsary.

• Only Male candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Must be having knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint) ,Tally and basic accounting also.

• Males who are having minimum 1 Year of Experience will be preferred.

• No fresher Males will be considered.

• Must be an immediate joiner.

Qualifications Required - Males must be graduated from any field.

Office Timing - 10am to 7pm

Working Days - 6 Days(Monday to Saturday)
