Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

  • Manage inventory, stock levels, shrinkage, and replenishment

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Sales & Profitability

  • Achieve store sales targets and KPIs

  • Implement local marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and conversion

  • Analyze sales data and take corrective actions where necessary

• Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance

  • Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance and performance

  • Foster a positive and customer-centric work culture

• Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure excellent in-store customer experience

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism

  • Maintain high standards of store layout, merchandising, and cleanliness

• Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and operations

  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and regional management teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 2–8 years of experience in retail/FMCG, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in using retail POS systems and MS Office

• Fluent in English and local language(s)

• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset
