• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.

• Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner within storerooms.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with procurement and accounts teams.

• Monitor stock levels and notify the concerned team for timely replenishment.

• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in the storage areas.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and report variances.

• Comply with food safety, quality control, and HACCP guidelines.

• Ensure proper labeling and rotation (FIFO/LIFO) of stock items.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
