1. Responsible for maintaining GRN and requisitions of the vendors and internal

team

2. Managing stock and reorder points systematically

3. Update stock and maintain on tally and excel sheets

4. Counting and monitoring quantity and quality check of vendors

5. Issue stock to teams after requisitions and checks

6. Ensure deviance in stock is updated to purchase manager and NO GRN is issued

until vendor corrects the invoice
