- Maintain daily records of material dispatch (manual and/or digital).

- Supervise loading helpers to ensure correct and safe movement of stock.

- Organize store layout for easy access and accurate tracking.

- Ensure timely availability of requested materials.

- Maintain basic hygiene and safety protocols within the store.

- Flag critical shortages to relevant teams.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or dispatch in a manufacturing setup.

- Familiarity with Excel or basic stock management software.

- Ability to manage physical stock and oversee a small helper team.

- Strong attention to detail and accountability.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-SKU environment.
