Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and hardware, maintaining accurate records, issuing

material slips, and ensuring timely reporting of stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory of raw materials and hardware.

- Issue slips for material dispatch and consumption.

- Maintain stock records on a daily basis.

- Conduct monthly stock reports and reconciliations.

- Ensure accurate stock in hand records (physical vs. system).

- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning.

- Follow proper documentation and filing of inventory movements.

- Monitor and minimize inventory discrepancies.

Skills Required:

Job Description - Store Executive

- Knowledge of inventory control systems.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

- Attention to detail and organization.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma or graduate in any discipline (preferably in supply chain or inventory management).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory/store management (preferred in manufacturing or construction

industry).
