ROLE : Store executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain stock levels in the store.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.

Issue materials as per requisition and maintain proper records.

Maintain inventory records using ERP or inventory software.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper storage of materials.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store area.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock and movement.

Supervise helpers or store assistants as needed.
