Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily stock entries in Tally ERP system.

• Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock in/out, and material issue entries.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with Tally records.

• Coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams for stock and billing updates.

• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and audit data.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and dispatch of goods as per company standards.

• Maintain records for incoming and outgoing materials, returns, and damages.

• Support the monthly/quarterly stock audit process.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise alerts for reordering.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime.

• Strong knowledge of store and inventory procedures.

• Good understanding of purchase entries, sales returns, and inventory reconciliation.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in store or inventory management using Tally.
